Salary: Basic £50,000 - £70,000 + Commission

They are now seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in outbound sales to join their expanding team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales pipeline, developing new sales strategies & identifying new business opportunities.

This fully remote position offers flexibility, competitive compensation & commission, in a highly collaborative & supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, & social selling to generate new business leads.
  • Identify & qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to develop effective outbound strategies & campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, & market developments to effectively position our services.

Requirements: 

  • Demonstrated success in SDR/outbound sales, preferably within the tech, media, data, or research sectors.
  • Track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets & generating high-quality leads.
  • Highly driven & able to work independently in a remote environment, managing time & priorities effectively.
  • Ability to create sales strategies & use data to inform the success rate of sales techniques.
  • Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support & learn from team members.
